You’ll be guided step-by-step through breathing, grounding, and simple awareness exercises while seated or lying down. There’s no pressure to “do it right”—we keep the pace slow, kind, and supportive.

How Meditation Sessions Work

1. Arrive & Settle

We begin by settling into a comfortable position and setting a gentle intention for your session—such as relaxation, clarity, or emotional support.

2. Guided Practice

You’ll be guided through breathwork, body scans, or simple visualizations. You are always welcome to speak up if something doesn’t feel right; the practice is tailored to you.

3. Integration & Reflection

We close with a few moments of quiet, then gently check in on how you feel. You’ll leave with simple tools you can use at home to continue your practice.
